Just 15 minutes from Dollywood and 25 from Smoky Mountain National Park, there is access to tons of attractions, restaurants and shopping nearby. With amazing views inside from the 27’ high wall of windows overlooking Douglas Lake to amazing views outside while you relax on our 56’ wide deck, this cabin is complete with a hot tub and even a basketball court.
POOL ACCESS IS LOCATED JUST STEPS AWAY AT THE COMMUNITY POOL! Clubhouse also has an outdoor BBQ and a pool table for guests.

What we provide
We provide linens, comforters, and towels. The kitchen is equipped with dishware, pots, pans, utensils, flatware, drinkware, cups, servingware, and more.
We also provide a starter set of supplies. This is not intended to last your entire stay, but is just to get you started. These include:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 cleansing bar per bathroom
1 travel size shampoo per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
1 dish sponge
2 dishwasher tabs
1 small bottle of liquid dish soap
1 single use laundry detergent (stays of 7+ nights only)
2 trash bags per trash can
We do not provide wood for the fire pit. It can be purchased in bundles at many locations throughout the area. Do not cut down our trees, break off branches, or take from existing wood piles.
PROPER USE OF SOME AMENITIES:
If a storm is coming, please put outdoor cushions in the storage bin – bring small items inside.
FOR FISHING PLEASE CHECK TN REGULATIONS FOR CATCH LIMITS AND ALL SIZE LIMITS. (Our pond is catch and release.)
COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE: The community clubhouse typically opens May 1 and remains open through October 1. The pool will be open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Please treat the clubhouse with respect. If you are the last ones to leave, please make sure all lights are turned off and the doors are locked. The community clubhouse does have a grill, pool table and other amenities. POOL TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN POOL TOWELS. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE BATH TOWELS TO THE POOL.
BASKETBALL COURT: Please do not park any vehicles on the basketball court. NO DUNKING!
HOT TUB: Maximum occupancy is 4 people. Please shower prior to entering the hot tub. This helps keep it clean for you while you visit. Please be sure to cover the hot tub when it is not in use. Please turn off all jets and lights when you are done utilizing the hot tub. If water is running low please refill using the hose to fill just above the top set of jets.
LAUNDRY CHUTE: This is for your convenience. PLEASE DO NOT PUT TRASH OR ANY OTHER ITEMS DOWN THE LAUNDRY CHUTE.
DIRT/MUD: Since the landscaping may still be under construction please be mindful of footwear when entering the house. Please do your best to clean off any mud before entering the home. A hose bib is available on the side of the home. Shoe trays are also available upon entering the home for footwear. (Staying for a baseball tournament please DO NOT WEAR CLEATS IN THE HOUSE it will damage the floors)
BARBECUE: Do not move the BBQ from the BBQ mat. Using the BBQ near the building will damage the siding!
After using the barbeque grill, please burn off all food remains then when it turns to ash, please brush the grates clean with brushes supplied.
All tenants are responsible to keep the rental units free of trash. All trash is to be kept in the appropriate containers outside where trash cans are provided.
PLEASE BAG ALL OF YOUR TRASH! Please make sure all of your trash is in the bags provided. The cleaning company will dispose of all trash after your stay. There are no specific recycling rules in Sevier County TN. (Sevier county is home to one of the best composting and recycling programs in the world. The short of it is they separate out the recyclables at the plant!) Improper trash management can potentially result in a violation to the property from the HOA. Tenants causing any violation will be responsible for any fines. All trash must be in a bag, and in a trash can with a lid! There are 2 trash cans for this unit.
Unit is to be kept clean and neat in the manner in which they are when you arrive. Use common sense. You agree to keep the unit neat and tidy, and put everything back where it was when you arrived, and put out the trash prior to departure. Please load the dishwasher and run it when you leave. The wood burning fireplace is not currently available for use.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE FURNITURE! It could damage the floor.
DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THE INTERIOR FURNITURE OUT ONTO THE DECK or PATIO!! It is not all-weather furniture.
NO PETS are allowed of any kind – no exceptions! If you violate this rule you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit any security deposit and rental fees.
NO SMOKING is allowed inside the unit. If you wish to smoke please do so outside and keep all cigarette butts contained – We sincerely appreciate your cooperation!
Tenants are responsible for all visitors. If a visitor violates any of the house rules the tenant is responsible for any repercussions. Remember, choose your guests wisely. It’s your investment and your vacation.
No parties or large gatherings are allowed unless we approve it in writing. No loud noises including talking, music, radios, CD players, TVs or any related type of disturbance is permitted. Respect the neighbors & the neighborhood. Any disturbance or illegal activity resulting in neighborhood complaints, police action, damage to the units or any other violation of the rules regulating the use of this vacation rental, will be considered cause to immediately terminate your stay!
No sub-letting is permitted. All tenants using the rental space are required to be registered with the landlord via the lease and a valid proof of identification must be on file.
Please notify us immediately if any maintenance problem develops so we can remedy it immediately. You agree to and grant the owner and landlord access to the rental property at any time for inspection purposes if we have reason to believe that a guest is causing or has caused damage to the rental unit. You also agree to grant landlord access to the unit to perform any maintenance or repair. We reserve the right to enter the unit with reasonable notice if you cannot be reached.
There is no phone available in the unit.
Wild-N-Free is located in a gated community with easy road access. The driveway is partially paved and mostly gravel. The driveway is steep, trailer access is available but please note passenger cars should exit using the left side of the driveway going slowly to avoid bottoming out. Low riding vehicles or motorcycles may have difficulty so please contact us directly to answer any questions you may have (We have other parking options available).
