Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
The Carriage House is attached to the owner-occupied house by a shared wrap-around porch. As you'll see from the pictures, we are up on a hill overlooking Sinclair Inlet and the majestic Olympic Mountains. We are downtown Port Orchard, so restaurants and a myriad of cute shops are just steps away, as is the the lovely waterfront. You'll have the house to yourself to relax in the serenity you deserve.

You can get to and from Port Orchard by ferry from Seattle, so a getaway with no car is doable!

The space
The main house is more than 110 years old, and the Carriage House was designed to have the same look and feel. It's extremely cozy with spacious rooms, a large, well equipped kitchen and table that sits 6.

We don't allow pets.

There are 3 TVs with Dish satellite service. The main one is a 55" smart TV, so you can stream your favorite services by logging into your account.

Other things to note
There is a window A/C unit in the upper bedroom during the warm months. The sun doesn’t hit the house straight on so it’s typically a very comfortable temperature. There’s a floor standing fan in the house as well as a box fan.

There's a gas fireplace in the Living Room with an electronic remote to operate it.

There are Queen and Twin air mattresses in the house as well.
