Hello, welcome to our home :) We travel very often throughout the US and overseas and do not want our great place to go to waste.

Just a 10-minute walk to the beach or downtown El Segundo with great restaurants, bars, and shops.

Enjoy your time in Los Angeles at the Art Garden! Our spacious modern house includes:

Just blocks from local store/bodega, grocery store/supermarket (Ralph's), pharmacy/chemist (Rite Aid), restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Room has a large wardrobe/closet with overhead storage space.
Private bathroom with shower in the room. There is a table/desk in the room fully equipped to work off of including an extra monitor and any necessary cable connections for all device types. Queen bed with new sheets. Dressers and side tables next to bed. Bookcase with lots of books!

Home has a private deck with BBQ and hot tub.

We have a really rad/chill cat named Matika.

-Art studio! Living room has it's own separate painting area with large easel and great lighting.
-Record player and entertainment system in living room

Wifi included, central air, gas furnace, Full kitchen, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric stove, gas oven, + everything you need out of a kitchen. Hardwood floors and tile throughout the house.

We are a professional working couple both with full-time jobs. We both work from home and remotely. There are plenty of working areas for everyone.

All we ask is you be respectful of the property and clean up after yourself.

During your stay, you have your own private bedroom and bathroom. All other areas of the house are common areas that are shared with us.

Common spaces include the front lounge which is great for listening to records or reading a book, the fully stocked kitchen, living room and back patio area.

There is plenty of street parking, always available just out front.

During your stay
You'll be sharing the house with me and my girlfriend, Jackie. We travel often but are always available if needed. We also have a very old but very friendly cat. She mostly just sleeps all day so you will just see her snuggled up around the house.

Other things to note
In order to have the best experience, we would appreciate if you are respectful of the space during your stay.
