The alfresco dining, BBQ area and outdoor seating are great for summer trips.
The Gate lodge is semi detached . Suitable for 4 guests to be comfortable in the seating area . Although will sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms by special arrangement , ideal if just attending events for overnight stay . Easy access to Welshpool on foot or by car. small open plan kitchen living area. 3 en-suite rooms. Enclosed walled area , bbq, table chairs bench .
Montgomery Canal is on site , the lodge is located directly off theMain A483 once Principal Estate

The space
Recommend for 2 to 4 guests , but will sleep 6 for short stay. living area is small to seat 6 guests comfortably but will seat 4 very comfortably . Small enclosed courtyard at the back but lots of open space and walks from the house. There is a small portable dinning table and 4 chairs available that can be put up and put away during your stay

One night only stay can be arranged on request through Airbnb price per night will vary for one or two nights stay their will be an extra small charge for short stay

There is a portable table available that can be put into the kitchen with 4 chairs should you wish to eat around a table, there is no dinning room.
A local sports centre , with gym and pool is within walking distance
