Dugdales is a luxurious Yorkshire Dales holiday cottage dating back to the 19th Century and a stone's throw from Settle's bustling town market square with interesting shops, eateries and pubs.

Excellent base for the spectacular Dales countryside and the famous 3 Peaks. The Settle-Carlisle railway and the Falcon Manor are only a short walk away. Victoria Hall regularly has shows, a minutes walk away.

The space
Dugdales in Settle is a 1 bed cottage, for 2 people with a small sofa bed in the lounge if wanting to sleep separately - will need to bring duvet, pillows and linen.

Enter Dugdales into the Lounge area having Freesat, on Demand, Amazon and Netflix (own account required) on a large flat screen TV. There is a sofa bed, dining table and cosy log burning stove. Free Wifi throughout the cottage and a selection of DVD's, books and games.

Underfloor heating for extra comfort.

Leading on into the kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and underfloor heating ..... home from home comfort!

Up the stairs to the lavish bedroom, styled in comfortable warming colours and boasting a sleighbed for a perfect night's sleep, carpeted underfoot with central heating radiator. Smart TV with Blu-ray, DVD player, and on Demand TV.

Finally, our modern luxury bathroom with large walk in powerful shower, metro-tiled decor with chrome heated towel rail, WC and vanity sink unit with large mirrored cabinet. (The shower is powerful, please keep the water away from the bathroom floor).

Dugdales Cottage has towels, tea towels, loo rolls, kitchen roll, fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, sugar.

Please bring logs for the fire if you wish to use the log burner (logs only) and clean it out on departure - thank you.

Free on street parking outside the cottage (first come first serve basis). There is additional parking in Ashfield pay and display car park behind the Cottage.

Access is via key safe on arrival anytime from 4pm (SORRY WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY ARRIVALS DUE TO OTHER COMMITMENTS) and departure 10am.

A whole cottage for you to enjoy Settle and it’s beautiful surroundings.

Other things to note
Please put the key safe code to 0000 and the flap up when you have collected/deposited the key in the safe so the code stays discreet.

Please leave the cottage clean and tidy as you found it on departure - thank you.

Settle has all the offerings of a quaint Yorkshire Dales market town all within a short stroll from the cottage. Plenty to do and see in all seasons and great for walking and cycling.

We often accommodate guests attending weddings at the Falcon Manor which is within walking distance of Dugdales Cottage.

This is a perfect base for the Yorkshire Dales. Walkers have easy access to the open hills and fells which surround Settle, and also the Three Peaks, Malham Cove and the wider Dales area. Settle lies on the River Ribble, nearby is the Trough of Bowland and even the Lake District is only an hour by car.
