Are you a writer and want to lock yourself in an archipelago bubble? Now you're done searching. This magical minicottage fulfills the dream of living in the middle of the archipelago crowd, and literally a stone's throw from the water.

On the approx. 12 sqm there is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, fridge, water heater and dining area for two. In the bedroom there is a single bed with a pull-out slave. A new shower has been installed in the barn of the plot, where even the dry toilet for the guests is found, and shared with the other guest house.

The space
The wonderful seaside cottage from the turn of the century goes by the name Standard's corner and belongs to Notgården, the larger property called. According to legend Evert Taube lived in this cabin and wrote here Vals on Sunnanö, where the actual waltz was danced at the guest house next door and Sunnanö was Taube's name for Södermöja. From the window are views of Hemsundet and Byholmen across, where Taube's good friend Jules Sylvain owned the idyllic farm.

The house is suitable for the lonely traveler or two people who like to stay crowded. At the entrance there is a private patio surrounded by a simple wind shelter. Just below the plot on a community you can swim on a small sandy beach, where an association runs a sauna. As a tenant, you have access to my private dock.

It is currently very good reception for mobiles so streaming movies or working is excellent. During the summer I will also pull fiber into the property.

During your stay

The tenants will take care of themselves. I just got this place so much is new to me too, though I'm used to renting out apartments in town. The guest cottages have been rented to summer guests by previous owners for many years and are adapted accordingly.

If questions arise, I am transparent with everything and help with problems. The goal is to get the cottages as good as possible. I'll even fix the decor as I go along. Today the cottage looks like in the pictures but it is possible that I will exchange things, for the better of course. One should be prepared that it is a fairly simple archipelago life that applies here.
