Is located in the back of our 1 acre plus property in the Woodcrest area of Riverside, Ca. I would describe the accommodations as Private, Safe , and Quite (except for the frogs out back which will either serenade you to sleep or drive you nuts... ) It is a convenient 10 minute drive to Downtown Riverside and the University of California Riverside (UCR).

The space
The 450+ square foot unit has 3 rooms, a furnished Bedroom with a Queen bed , a Bathroom with a Washer and Dryer, Shower, and No bathtub, a Living room/ Kitchen with a large couch, dinner table and big screen TV. The unit has WiFi and an ethernet connection. Television is enjoyed through or streaming internet service. The unit has Air Conditioning. Dad’s Cassita is decorated with sports memorabilia my late Father earned and collected.
