A very comfortable, clean and tidy B&B with excellent ensuite facilities. There is a spacious and comfortable lounge as well as a conservatory. The breakfast menu offered a wide choice of cereals, fruit, porridge, tea, coffee etc. as well as a full choice from a cooked breakfast menu. Located in the centre of Mull, it offers a secluded and quiet location for a restful break.

This was a truly wonderful stay. The room felt very luxurious, high standard of decor, lovely bed and table linen. Sharon & Stuart really gave us a lovely experience of Mull. The breakfast was lovely and kept us full all day. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful area, and feasting our eyes on all the colours in the stunning garden. We also enjoyed just chilling in the conservatory, watching the bird life, rabbits and sheep. Thank you so much for making the start of our holiday so special.

There are three things that we can´t miss, Scotland, The Isle of Mull and icing on the cake, Gruline Home Farm. Excellent welcome, accomodation and breakfast can compete with 4 star hotel. Very tranquil with fantastic view. Sharon and Stuart are very nice.

An excellent B&B located on Mull. Stuart, Sharon & Albert (the dog) made me feel so welcome in their lovely home. Great location to head off every day on a new adventure. Slept like a log every night due to the fresh air & lovely bed, duvet & duvet cover.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay. Everything from breakfast to quality of products in room to the highest of standards. Beds extremely comfortable, best sleep we have had in a long time! The lounge area was very relaxing to sit in and very tastefully done. Stuart and Sharon couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful, seemingly remote B&B which is surprisingly close to everything on the island in all directions. Restaurant between 10 to 25 minutes away, next door's pet sheep munching away in a near paddock (fattest sheep I've ever seen), nicely laid-out garden with views of the countryside. A very spacious comfortable room, with large bathroom. Downstairs two lovely sitting rooms and a large conservatory. Sharon and Stuart are both helpful and considerate without being intrusive. Breakfast is top quality produce and includes soft fruits, yoghurt, porridge if you want, followed by a full Scottish breakfast including black pudding. Delicious! All taken at a beautifully set table in a dining room where the window forms a frame for the fabulous vista outside. And of course there's the delightful Albert, a dog with personality plus. This is a beautiful place to escape the rat-race. Can't wait to go back.

Scottish island dwellers returning home after 25 years in London. Loves: Thai food, Science Fiction Movies, The Blue Nile, and our Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen (French scent hound) ! Having travelled a lot our aim is to make our B&B a home from home rather than a business and welcoming guests to the beautiful Isle of Mull whether to walk, fish, cycle, bird, photograph or just relax and enjoy the surroundings. We are ideally located to access both the North & South of the island and Ben More (the island's Munro). NB: to get the best from your trip to Mull a car is essential as we have 300 miles of coastline to explore !
