MAIN DESCRIPTION
In the heart of Pittulongu neighborhood, immersed in tranquility but a few steps from shops, WLofts is a modern design residence overlooking the Gulf of Bados-Mare Rocce, surrounded by a well-kept garden with direct access to the sea in a few steps.
Wlofts is the ideal place for a luxurious vacation immersed in comfort: villa includes four independent lodgings with shared gate and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people in total. Each accomodation is equipped with every comfort: wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, oven, internal parking space with electric gate. Just 400 meters away you can find the beach of Mare e Rocce and within 1 km within walking distance all the most beautiful Olbia area beaches: Il Pellicano, Lo Squalo, Bados, Pittulongu.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
WLofts 13, equipped with 6 sleeps, is located ground floor and consists of a bright living area with sofa chaise longue, TV corner, kitchenette equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. A sliding glass door leads to the well-kept lawned garden and covered veranda with dining table. The sleeping area includes a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Each room is furnished with spacious wardrobes at the complete disposal of guests.

The listed properties are private homes and villas owned and rented by its owners in compliance with Italian law L.431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17; as such none of the properties is an hotel-type accomodation.

Booking Details
The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals.
Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialized external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest.
If specified, A weekly amount of electricity consumption is included for free.
Upon check-out, any consumption exceeding this limit will be calculated based on the readings of the meter located into the property and charged at a rate of €0,50 per kWh. The charge will be made to the credit card provided as a guarantee upon arrival.
Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.

Arrival Details
After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival.
Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags. At the end of your stay, kindly dispose of any remaining waste properly.

Check-in Hours
Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (therefore not at 16:00 sharp), depending on accommodation availability, cleaning schedules, and pre-booked check-in appointments.
Late arrivals (upon request):

* 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM → €60 surcharge
* After 1:00 AM → Subject to prior agreement
