This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
Porth Sands Penthouse, this gorgeous penthouse has been awarded 5* rating by AA. A beautiful romantic beach apartment, situated right on Porth Beach in Cornwall. With stunning views across the bay. This apartment has two bedrooms; A large open plan lounge, kitchen, diner; Two bathrooms; Surf store; Parking; Out side shower to wash the sand off. A touch of luxury awaits you in this gorgeous beach side apartment. (Discounts apply on more than two nights, 7 nights 23%)
The space
A very romantic, comfortable and charming penthouse with an exceptional view across Porth Beach.
Sleep matters! So quality mattresses, complimented by luxury bedding are provided. The master bedroom features a King size bed, dressed for romance, with an en-suite shower room. The flexible second bedroom includes a zip and link bed, enabling it to be made up as a superking or separate singles.
Main bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, toilet and sink, towels are included but please bring your own beach towels.
The lounge, kitchen and diner is open plan with bi-fold doors onto the balcony, where you will enjoy stunning sea views. In the lounge area there is modern comfortable seating, TV, DVD, Echo and a good range of books, DVD's and games for you to enjoy.
The kitchen is well equipped with Dishwasher, Washer/dryer, Full size Fridge/ Freezer and all the equipment needed to cook a romantic meal, even a roast dinner. There will also be a welcome tray ready to greet you.
With access via fully bi-fold doors the balcony has seating and is fantastic for an Al Fresco breakfast or chilled glass of wine in the sun during the afternoon. The balcony is the ideal spot to watch the amazing sunsets Cornwall has to offer.
Between 1st April and end of October you will also have access to the swimming pool facilities at Porth Veor Manor.
There is also a designated parking space for one car, a surf store, an outside shower and underfloor heating through out the apartment; so what ever the time of year this is the perfect spot!
Guest access
The apartment is situated on the top floor with easy access from stairs or a disabled lift, the apartment it's self is all on one level. There is parking for one car.
Other things to note
Our guests have access to the swimming pool facilities at Porth Veor Hotel, only a short stroll from the apartment between 1st of April to end of October.

Hi, We love getting away and exploring the uk coast, which is why we have two stunning properties in fantastic areas, Belvedere Lodge Swanage, Dorset and Porth Sands Penthouse, Cornwall. Both areas mean a lot to us, Dorset in particular is where we got engaged and have spent many, many family holidays, now its just the two of us and enjoying exploring. We also now Co-host a great property in Bodinnick-by-Fowey in Cornwall called Choughs.
