This home is in a quiet area.
Superbly located and comfortable - Walk 3 min to Lake Wanaka, 25 min to town, a perfect retreat for a couple or a young family group. Close to lakeside tracks into the township and Waterfall Bay.
Generous open plan, WIFI, ensuite bathroom, simple kitchen (no oven); tea/coffee, fridge, toaster, microwave, BBQ. Sleeps 4 - 1x queen, 1x k.single, 1x single trundle bed. Heat pump, private entrance (self-check-in), patio area, a wonderful place to stay summer/winter. 1x off-street car park.

The space
This studio has its own patio with views towards Lake Wanaka and the mountains of Mount Aspiring National Park.
Room configuration: one queen bed, one king single, one single pull-out trundle bed. Ensuite bathroom (with shower), kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee, dining table and chairs. Couch and TV, DVD player, WIFI.
