A recent construction (2020), fast WiFi, smart TVs, covered front porch, private back deck with a grill, & an open floor plan. A large sectional sofa, fully stocked kitchen, & all the conveniences. This dog-friendly home is a great place to relax and enjoy all the fun that the Asheville area has to offer.

PLEASE READ - Great news!
The City of Asheville Water Resources Department is officially lifting the Boil Water Notice first issued after Hurricane Helene. Laboratory results from sampling conducted Nov. 16 and Nov. 17 have confirmed that the water supply is free from contaminants. It is NO longer advised for customers to use bottled water for consumption.


This lovely home is located in eclectic West Asheville only minutes from Haywood Road, New Belgium Brewery, One World Brewing West, Archetype Brewing, Wedge Brewing Company, Asheville Brewing Company, Burial Brewery, Hi-Wire Brewing, Green Man Brewery, and the famous South Slope with about a dozen more breweries!

Ashevilleshire Cottage has three bedrooms and two full baths, a large sectional sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, two smart TVs, fast reliable Spectrum WiFi, a propane gas grill, and all the comforts of home.

When Booking please list the number of people in your party and IF YOU ARE BRING A DOG. The pet fee will be added to your reservation.


Notes:
1. A dog fee applies for ONE dog, plus all applicable taxes. Maximum of ONE dog with prior approval. Dogs under 35 lbs.

2. The size and breed of your dog are needed to register them. Please note the dog when making reservations.
DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES OUTSIDE ​and in the owner's control.

3. The home is on the main road so expect a little traffic noise now and then. The home is very quiet while inside and on the back deck though.
