The Location - A truly breathtaking celebration of free-flowing spaces and exceptional quality in one of Corlette's highly sought-after positions. Situated just minutes to Salamander shops, restaurants, cafes, schools and parklands, this home is one not to miss out on.

The House - Bright and sunny the home offers gallery inspired living, dining and entertaining spaces delicately unfolding under white ceilings, modern downlights and ducted air conditioning. The private entry is high and wide and impossibly elegant, inviting you to pause and take in the opulent scene. From here, fully flexible floorplan reveals itself with grace, splendour and wide-reaching spaces. It has two lounge areas offering large flat screen Smart TV.

The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer, oven, stove, microwave, cooktop, kettle, Sunbeam Barrister Coffee Maker (beans not supplied), toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware. A sliding doors lead out to a fantastic versatile covered balcony with gas barbecue and outdoor furniture. Downstairs provides the perfect quest accommodation area plus a kids rumpus/play room with wall mounted television.

The master bedroom has King size bed, bed side table with lamp, coat hangers, and an ensuite with electric heater. The other three bedrooms have Queen size beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, and curtain. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs with an ensuite.

The main bedroom upstairs offers a separate bath and a toilet.

Other features are full laundry facilities with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Also, a driveway parking for two vehicles are available for use.

Smoke alarm on site are not activated for guest use.

All linen and towels are provided, and beds are made ready for your arrival.
