This spacious villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and balcony. It is perfect for quality time with family and friends or a romantic getaway.

Enjoy a breathtaking infinity pool and Jacuzzi within a short walking distance and a family fountain pool and Jacuzzi right in front of the villa's entrance.

The space
The Paradise Casita is in front of the Fountain pool. It has scenic views of the sea, marina and mountains. Watching the sunset in the balcony is so peaceful!

The villa has its own fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, one master bedroom with a king bed, one second bedroom with two full beds, and two full bathrooms.

Important: There are stairs to come down and up the Casita and no ramp or elevator is available.

***Las Casitas are NOT part of El Conquistador Hotel*** NO coqui water park access, no ferry access**

There are many pools and Jacuzzis throughout Las Casitas Village, each with its own unique relaxing and breathtaking view. The pools shown in the pictures of the listing, are all pools guests have access to.

Note: Las Casitas are no longer part of the Conquistador hotel. Use of Infinity Pool at Casitas Village II is limited to hotel guests. Las Casitas does not have a front desk. Guest self-sufficiency is required.

Las Casitas is a safe place. There are two security check points with guards.

***The security guard will only let you in if you provide me in advance the full names of all guests***

There are 2 parking spots available. It is forst come, first serve, no parking spots are reserved.

We provide bathroom and beach towels. If you need additional towels than the ones provided, we recommend bringing your own towels or purchasing more at a nearby convenience store.

There are chairs and lounging chairs in the balcony and guest areas. However, we do not have beach chairs or beach umbrellas that you can take to the beach with you. The nearby beaches usually rent these chairs and umbrellas at a small fee.

We provide essential items such as trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, and dish soap as a courtesy.

***laundry access is NOT included unless it is a long term stay of 7 nights***

Local and regional power outages are completely outside of our control. If during your stay, there is a local power outage, we are not responsible. We do not have a generator.

We have a strict cancellation policy, however I understand there are always situations beyond your control. Therefore I recommend getting travel insurance outside of airbnb for additional protections.

Important*** Please DO NOT lose your key or lock yourself out of the villa leaving the key inside the villa. Losing the key completely will have a $400 fee and locking yourself out will require you to call a locksmith depending on the time this occurs.

Note* the casita used to be owned by the hotel, you may find a digital bolted safe, these do not work. We have provided a keyed safe that is bolted to the wall. If you decide to use the safe, please make sure to not lose the key. Losing thr key has a $75 fee
