Enjoy the park-like, shared back yard with views of Ogden and Ben Lomand Mountain peaks to the north and east. This home is a short-block climb up a hill in upscale Shadow Valley.

Easy drive from SR89 and I84 intersection. Access Snow Basin through Weber Canyon and you will be at the base of the lift line in 30 minutes. Fifteen minute commute to downtown Ogden businesses and art district, or Hill Air Force Base. Fifteen minutes to Station Park shopping in Farmington. Five-minute drive to Mt. Ogden Beus hiking trailhead, ten to Ogden Riverwalk. Five minute drive to three grocery stores, restaurants, and Weber State University. Scenic fifteen minute drive to Ogden River Valley, home of Pinewood Reservoir, Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, for world-class skiing, hiking, biking, and water sports.
