We stayed here for one night to visit Stone Henge. We were so touched with the wonderful hospitality. This is a traditional British bed and breakfast at its best - not fancy, but comfortable, homely and welcoming. Great value, so close to Stone Henge and Mick is the best information source you could wish for. He could not have been more welcoming and was even awake when we returned from our sunrise visit to Stone Henge to offer an early breakfast! His homemade jams were delicious and the toast just kept coming. We stayed in a comfortable family room for four (two teenagers) and ordered a takeaway during our stay, but also had a really handy kitchenette. Thank you for a memorable stay.

This was a great overnight location for us travelling from London to Exeter - a family room for 4 of us. The location is a short drive from Stone Henge and right on the A303. The house is a lovaly old country house, and the kids appreciated the pool room and table downstairs. Very comfortable beds meant we we well rested for the next days travel. The fantastic selection of breaksfast jams were appreciated by all - thanks Mick!

The house is old and rustic but pretty. And it has everything you need. The breakfast was really good and had a big selection of delicious selfmade jams.

Great location and lovely character to the house. Mick is such a great host. From a variety of home made jams to a personal tour of the gardens and plants for our little ones. Great stuff. All time for traffic as it's so close to Stonehenge - it can get quite busy.

A lovely stop off point for our visit to Stonehenge and well located for a Longleat visit too. The house has a sense of history that appealled to us and offered some extras such as a pool table, an impressive collection of books, some fun games and the girls loved the massage chair! Thanks for the warm welcome! K, C, D & R

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the b&b. Our children didn't want to leave when it was time to go. Mick was very helpfull, patient with the kids and nice to be around. He knows many interesting things about the area! His jams were devine and breakfast was good. Definetly recommend this b&b !

Enthusiastic, mother, grandmother, supposedly retired. The Stonehenge B&B at Scotland Lodge is where I brought up my children and I now live mainly in the most beautiful setting in the Close, Salisbury, where our spare room is also available for B&B. Mick lives at Scotland Lodge which is an old house of character in the hinterland of Stonehenge. I am often away with grandchildren or my husband's boat..... but have a mobile and am contactable !
