128 square meter duplex located in the pedestrian center of the city of Pontevedra. On the lower floor there is a large living room with several areas (work, terrace, sofa, sitting area with table) and a toilet. Upstairs, there is the kitchen and a double bedroom with a full bathroom and built-in dressing room.

Ideal for teleworkers, professional visits, and families (caution with stairs and handrails). It has a bedroom but the living room sofa can be made into a double bed.

The space
The building is just over ten years old and was designed by the studio of Pontevedra architect Enrique Barreiro. This very original duplex was custom-made for the historian José Antonio Durán, our father, who died in the summer of 2020. It contained his library, which has recently been donated to the Antonio Odriozola Library, very close to this building and which can be visited in the future.

Other things to note
In that area begins the old and pedestrian Pontevedra that invites you to take a walk. There is a parking lot a few meters from the apartment. Free parking is also available nearby. You can stop for a moment at the door for loading and unloading.

My sister Sara and I offer a cozy apartment and duplex. Located in the center of Pontevedra, a work of prestigious architects. The duplex was the headquarters of the cultural project of our father José Antonio Durán, writer-inestif of extensive and respected work, from which we have inherited them. The apartment has already enjoyed people of all nationalities since we started renting it in 2012 and their ratings have always led us to do it better. We incorporated the duplex in 2021. We want to keep this heritage in good condition that our parents and grandparents made with so much effort. We invite you to share it, enjoy it and take care of it with us.
