Hypnautic is a stylish newly renovated home with breathtaking sound views and is centrally-located to local amenities and is a 5 minute walk to the ocean.

Our cottage is fully available to guests during their stay.

Other things to note
Hypnautic offers easy kayak and quick access to the Pamlico sound via a private dock on beautiful Askins Creek. 2 adult kayaks, 1 mid-sized, 2 large youth and 3 small youth kayaks are included in the rental. A variety of youth life jackets are kept in the laundry closet with beach toys, beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach buggy cart and some boogie boards for guests to use.

Linens and bath towels are provided and serviced by Island Time Properties who clean and service our house.

Beach towels and kitchen towels are available at the house for use during your stay. We do ask that you wash and fold these as Island Time does not service them.
