The prestigious Villa Sultaniye is a spacious villa with spectacular sea views, private pool and stunning roof terrace , located in the heart of Kalkan Old Town.
This stunning villa, which is only a genuine 2 min stroll to Kalkan’s restaurants, harbour & beach. The 3 bed villa offers panoramic sea views. The villa boasts a beautiful private freshwater pool and very spacious pool & patio areas again with incredible sea views. This is in addition to a huge furnished roof terrace.

The space
The Villa’s interior has been designed in a cool, contemporary Turkish style. Quality marble floors are standard throughout and rooms feature attractive interior limestone walls. There are quality bluetooth speakers downstairs and upstairs as well as ‘Google Home’ voice activated devices for guest use or to use as bluetooth devices. There is also complementary wi-fi throughout the property even on the roof terrace. The lounge features a Smart TV, complete with Netflix and there is also a DVD player and an extensive DVD library. The fantastically equipped kitchen includes everything guests would expect from a luxury holiday home. The fully air-conditioned property is finished to an exceptionally high standard and is tastefully furnished throughout. We also provide fans for guests that prefer not to use air conditioning.

All bedrooms benefit from contemporary en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers and are fully tiled in beautiful Turkish travertine and feature backlit mirrors. In addition there is also a fourth house bathroom on the ground floor with a further rainfall shower. All beds have very comfortable 'Dorma' mattress toppers and bedrooms benefit from blackout curtains to ensure that rooms remain comfortable even in the sunshine.

For those wishing to hire a car there are car parking spaces outside the villa though the property’s excellent location means this is not necessary.

Guests of Villa Sultaniye can enjoy complimentary wifi. Pool towels are also provided.

Guests of Villa Sultaniye are met by the villa’s manager, Samet at whatever time they arrive. A welcome pack is also provided with some basic provisions for use before guests have the opportunity to go shopping.

​Villa Sultaniye is one of the best located properties in Kalkan. Everything is central yet the Villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces are exceptionally quiet. Everything is within walking distance but if guests do want to hire a car, it can just be parked outside of the Villa entrance.
