The Guesthouse is completely separate from main house. You will have complete privacy from the main house.

November thru Early March American White Pelicans winter right out in front of the house. Most days they sit on the island located 100 yds in front of the house.
Sand Hill cranes located in fields nearby.
This house makes a great base for birding adventures.
