This home is in a scenic location.
Welcome to our spaciously remodeled, guest suite. It has all private: door, entry gate, side yard area, bathroom. Plenty of parking in large driveway, as well as in front. Hillside neighborhood is quiet, with semi-private road. Just 5’ away from downtown, BART, John Muir Medical Center/ER and Kaiser Permanente. Oakland is 15' away, and San Francisco is a 30' drive. Hike, jog, or bike Shell Ridge Open Space, only steps away from the property.

The space
Room faces out to beautifully landscaped front yard, and up to top ridge of trail leading to Mt. Diablo. Quiet, semi-private road. Room is newly remodeled with attention to details. Mini-fridge, microwave, spacious bathroom, oak hardwood flooring, large closet.

Guest access
Area is perfect for hiking, biking, and jogging. Secluded, quiet, hill side, neighborhood that is less than five-minute drives to downtown, shopping, BART, and major hospitals (John Muir and Kaiser). Parking is plentiful. Private gate leads to room's entry door and side yard area reserved for guests.

Other things to note
We have a 7-year-old son, it’s possible you might hear him playing when school's out around 3:00 pm. Please don’t book the suite and rate us less than 5 stars because of this.
