These are budget apartments located in the Heart of the City, centrally located on a quite street of Osu Kuku Hill. It comes as 1-BRM fully furnished with kitchenette, Apartments have spacious rooms with sitting and dinning separate from the bedroom. It is one of four (4) apartments which are 1-BRs & 2-BRs. It is a walking distance to the main Oxford Street of Osu where all the action is. The Oxford street is a 24 hour affair with Casinos, Super Markets, Restaurants, Pubs, Drinking Spots etc.

The space

T.N. Hospitality Self Catering facilities are made of four {4} apartments on the same premise. Two {2} of 1-BRM Apartments and Two {2} of 2-BRM Apartments, all Rooms are En-Suite with Kitchen (kitchenette) and Living Area. This very apartment has a Dinning Area that sits Six (6) people. Apartments are fully furnished with ACs, Bedrooms separate from Living Rooms. The Living Room has TV, DSTV decoder, a Dinning Table etc.

This apartment space is actually one of the old Osu Traditional Homes which has been remodeled to house four {4} apartments. The area has new redevelopments like the Chateau Towers and our premise is directly opposite the Chateau Towers (Chateau Towers is new and modern Sky Rise Building developed by Hollywood International Developers Ltd).

T.N. Apartment Rooms are the most spacious rooms you can get in this Osu/Ringway Estate catchment area which is well known for its economical space. For now we can honestly not boast of modern esthetic, we are however making preparations to modernize the exteriors as soon as practicable. We can however boast of our central location, safe with CCTV camera watching those who go in and out of the house. U can therefore trust your safety in our hands. Clean speak & span rooms that cannot be matched by any facility around.

Guest access

Our Guests have access to the Parking Space within the yard. There is broadband internet shared by all those resident within this facility. All apartments are installed with DSTV Satelite, but will only be switched on if guests are interested in using it and ready to pay for it. Those using the apartment for two {2} weeks or more will however enjoy free DSTV, Airport Pick Up and Cell Phone with some few minutes for International Calls and local calls.

There are specialized workers on hand to come and fix things as soon as possible. There is constant flow of water, ACs in all the rooms are in perfect working conditions. Rooms are well cleaned with the CEO herself involved in the cleaning to ensure quality service and provision of clean apartment prior to your arrival.

Interaction with guests

Host does not leave on the premise, but pays regular visits to the site to see how guests are doing. Host has dedicated lines for guests to call any time of the day to report any incident.

Other things to note

Kindly note that one can also requests for cleaning and cooking service in our Self Catering Apartments at an extra cost. This facility is strictly Self Catering with no in house cleaner, but thorough cleaning is done prior to arrival and guests are to hand over the rooms as handed over to them upon check out. We however provide you with telephone numbers of cleaners who are on stand by to help with the cleaning for a fee. Guests who are enjoying our discounted rates or long hall rates will be responsible for their own electricity.

Among some of the house rules we have are that our rooms are strictly "NO SMOKING".

Guests must ensure that the number of guests agreed to occupy the apartment is strictly adhered to, anything in adverse to what was agreed on will attract penalty. Extra guests must be discussed with us.

Guests are expected to hand over apartment as it was handed over to them, in the absence of this, guest would have to pay whatever misused or damage done to the apartment from their refundable deposit.

Please note guests enjoying discounted rates will be responsible for their own electricity and electricity is prepaid.

Telephone numbers of cleaners and cooks would be made available for guests who need their services.

Our Self Catering Apartments has no room for pets.

Theresa was a great host and certainly made us feel welcome. In our first few hours, she took us around town, and even happen to know the owner of the restaurant we planned to go to for dinner! The apartment is beautiful and in in a perfect location at the end of a street right off Oxford. Republic Bar and Grill (a must do for a night out) is on the street! My sister and I were really able to explore Osu, and surrounding areas very easily, discovering new places like Kona Cafe & Grill. Although not too much of a downside, but did want to make note, even though we arranged the time to check-In, when we arrived, we still had to wait for cleaning to be finished. We used the time to get some things from the nearby Shoptrite. Essentials were listed as an amenity, but aside from bedsheets they were missing, meaning we had to purchase toilet paper, but we had our own towels, soap, etc. Not too much of an inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this as a place for a stay in Accra, especially if you want to be walking distance to all of the action including, bars, clubs, restaurants, souvenir shopping, and more!

As a young lady, worked with an Advertising Company as Client Service Executive for VIP clients and later joined the Brewery Industry as the first Lady to work in that Industry as a Sales Representative which was then dominated by males only. I held various positions in the brewery industry, such as PRO, Brands Manager etc.

The brewery company worked with went through a lot of transformations and was owned by International Companies like Holsten Beer in Germany and Heineken International in Holland. This gave me the opportunity to be exposed to the International Word till 2002 to start my own business by choosing the hospitality industry.

Social Life :Am a member of Rotary Club of Accra and held several positions in the club such as Director of Club Services for three terms, Secretary and Director of Public Relations. Attended many International Conventions etc

Am a Catholic and received Papal Blessing in 2001 from Pope John Paul 11 for my meritorius service provided to my Parish.

Love travelling, watching good movies, entertaining. I cannot do without my local news, mobile phone with internet.
