ENTIRE multi-level town home located 2 short blocks from the Rose Bowl Parade, Pasadena Playhouse District and midway between Old Town Pasadena and Lake Avenue shopping.

The space

This Spanish Architecture inspired townhome is a super clean and newly renovated 1,750 square foot tri-level unit. It has high 10ft ceilings and lots of windows that let in natural light and allow peek-a-boo views of the mountains and city lights. Enter on the first floor either through the attached garage or the front door, then get some exercise by hiking up two floors to the living space that includes a living room (with a desk and all-in-one printer), dining area, fully furnished kitchen, and guest half bathroom. The next floor has 3 bedrooms that include a master suite with a walk in closet and a private bath (with dual sinks, separate shower and oversized soaking tub), two additional bedrooms, a full hall bathroom and a laundry room. There is space for 2 cars in the attached garage (tandom parking - not side by side) as well as storage for bikes, musical instruments, skis, snowboards, surfboards, strollers, etc. There's also an extra storage closet in the foyer on the entry level. The townhome does not have an elevator.

The townhome is a 10min WALK to Paseo Colorado and the Pasadena Convention Center and 15min WALK to Old Town Pasadena.
We can leave a key in the secure lockbox or if you would like we would be glad to arrange to meet up with you and give you a tour or answer any questions.

The townhome is located 2 blocks from the Rose Parade route. (This is perfect because you are close enough and at the same time you can have some relief if you don't want to be kept up from all the noise and congestion on Colorado Blvd. on New Years Eve.) Down the street is Memorial Park/Levitt Pavilion. The Levitt holds free daily open air concerts during the summer months. Old Town Pasadena is known for nightlife, food, shopping or just a place to walk around and people watch.

You have access to the ENTIRE townhouse. Please disregard the reviews from 2013 as they are now outdated.

Interaction with guests

We welcome all questions or request for help with any special travel needs or recommendations to restaurants in Old Town, Glendale, Chinatown, Burbank, Downtown LA, and especially Koreatown which is only 20 minutes away!

Please treat the house with respect. We do our best to provide guests with extra amenities and wish to continue to do so :)

GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Please do not throw away any trash or any food items down the garbage disposal and whatever the strainer catches, please throw it away in the trash can. This will prevent any unnecessary calls to the plumber at odd hours inconveniencing both the guests and hosts.

AIR CONDITIONER
Please have the windows and the stairway door CLOSED at all times for maximum A/C efficiency.

COOKING
If you are cooking meat, especially fish & seafood, in the oven or stovetop, please cover it with aluminum foil to prevent the smell from spreading to the rest of the house.
Please use the splatter guards provided when pan frying foods.
Throw away ALL food particles into the TRASH can (NOT the sink garbage disposal) before putting them into the dishwasher.

SMOKING
Smoking is allowed outdoor on the street only, but please be courteous. Be mindful of the trail of your smoke, and please ash/dispose of all smoking products properly. Absolutely no smoking is allowed indoors. City of Pasadena does NOT allow any smoking on the property.

OVERNIGHT GUESTS
Please, no additional overnight guests without prior notice. This can be a huge liability issue that could be unpleasant for both parties. Please contact me through Airbnb if you may want to inquire about having additional guests stay.

PARTYING
The unit is located in a quiet complex so regretfully parties are not allowed.

NOISE
When hanging out in the patio or inside with the doors/windows open, please keep the noise down to a minimum. After 10:00PM, please keep voices down to a whisper if you are outside, the neighbors will greatly appreciate it as they try to sleep!

PETS
Pets(hypoallergenic breeds up to 2 under 25lbs each) allowed with additional fee of $100 per stay per pet, plus additional $200 pet security deposit.

In general you can play music or watch TV with the speakers turned up relatively high when the doors and windows are closed, but to be sure, please do a simple check by walking around outside to see if you can hear any residual noise. If you can hear it from the outside of the house, it is very likely too loud.

GENERAL RULES
-Pasadena has very hard water so please don't forget to wipe down the shower glass. 
-Be green: please do not leave the house with lights/ air conditioner left on and do not use the garbage disposal as a trash can as it can clog up the drainage.
-Please do not move furniture.
-No boots/high heels on hardwood floors.
-Please don't forget to empty out your food from the fridge before you leave.
If you have dirty dishes in the dishwasher, please don't forget to start dishwasher before you leave.
Please don't forget to take out trash before you leave...the bins are located in the east side of the driveway.

Tigre's place is awesome. The location is perfect for exploring Pasadena, and I and my girlfriend had an excellent time. The instructions were simple and easy to comprehend, and Tigre was always available for any issues. They even had some English tea for us!

Very lovely apartment: spacious, colourful, very good location and great communication. Tigre was very helpful - I asked if we could have a 4th bed and he obliged moving in a sofa bed. The apartment is very clean and spacious with colourful furniture and lots of pictures. It was also very well stocked (water bottles, toilet paper, etc) which was useful. It was also clean when we arrived. The apartment is situated in a very good location, only 5 mins walk from Colorado Blvd which has loads of shops & restaurants. I mainly was in contact with the landlord Todd who welcomed us and gave us the key. He was very responsive to all questions and offered to help me when I needed to get post delivered. Would definitely come back!

This is our second time staying here and both times were wonderful experiences. The apartment is clean, bright, and decorated with care and a lot of style. It's comfortable and nicely located. A pleasant walk to Old Pasadena or short walk to shops and restaurants on Lake. We love this apartment and will most definitely stay here again in the future.

This place was great. I chose it originally because of the location. I love being able to walk places and in la, that is rarely an option. But there are tons of restaurants, bars, a grocery store, a couple of playgrounds and a movie theatre all within a mile. Oh, and the gold line stop is nearby too. The unit itself was perfect. Clean and bright. And plenty of room. There are a lot of steps, but that wasn't a problem for us. Would absolutely stay here again.

This place is beautifully decorated and appointed with all the kitchen and bathroom supplies you could need. The complex is quiet, perfect to come home to and relax after exploring L.A. The location is very convenient to wonderful Pasadena shops and restaurants, much within walking distance. The area felt very safe. Easy freeway access to other locations.

If this place isn't booked already BOOK it now. I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 weeks and I can say it was the best stay I've ever had in all of Pasadena. Not only was this place picture perfect but they offered more amenities than other AirBnB locations. I was surprised with fresh orange juice, snacks, fruit, and espresso machine. Having your own place to park is convenient but there is also plenty of street parking. The Madison location was key in Pasadena because I was able to enjoy our walk down the street to Urth cafe and downtown Pasadena. They also booked us with enough toiletries that lasted all 3 weeks and all the beautiful furniture is new. I am grateful for the host and their hospitality, they were very easy to work with. Last but not least, picking up your key and garage key was very easy upon arrival.
