We do rely on guest feedback to continually make improvements, and will always follow up on anything that needs attention. Thank you for the heads up on the condiments in fridge that are out of date. This will be immediately rectified. As far as the linen and cleaning fee being asked for in cash at check in, this is so because we do not have card facilities on site. Although we have this charge listed in at least 2 or 3 sections on the Air B & B website, it would seem it is sometimes missed by bookers. Given your feedback we shall further highlight this on the website, just as we provide other helpful information on various signage inside the guesthouse. In an effort to make sure there are no misunderstandings of house rules (not everyone reads the Policy we send) we acknowledge the risk of overdoing reminders on signage around the house - your point taken though. Regarding what we emailed you before check in, It is our practice to send out our Accommodation Policy the week of a guest's arrival, we apologise if sending this separately caused any inconvenience. We have yet to work out how to upload this directly to the Air B & B site.
