This property is near the end of a quiet private drive. ( A temporary negative is there is a construction site beside the driveway and they use the first part of the driveway for their site entrance) The house has been newly renovated and is updated inside. Interior furnishings will be completed by the end of August. This is a very roomy, cute house with a nice pool. Plenty of free parking in a very quiet neighborhood. Approx. 15 - 20 minutes from the popular Sarasota beaches.

We are James and Carolyn Miller. We are happily married for over 3 decades and are the parents of 6 amazing children. Now we are also enjoying 15 grandchildren! I love hosting and have loved cleaning since I was a young child growing up on a farm in Ohio. Florida has now been our home for 5 years!
