We welcome all to stay … from those wanting to enjoy the outdoors, to business trips, to those wanting just a peaceful place to relax when sit on the deck taking in the views!

The space
The entire house will be yours to use during your stay. There is ample space within the home as well as outside to relax and enjoy your time. Whether you choose to sit inside in the cozy living room or outside in the covered patio area, you will have your pick with you and your friends or family that you travel with.

Guest access
You will have access to all amenities on the property. A large rock/flower garden is yours to explore and there are large green space areas for your use to relax in, or play your favourite outdoor game (games provided to guests for their use.

There is ample parking available for your vehicles.

Guests have access to the laundry room where there is laundry soap provided.

Other things to note
Pricing is $260 per night for a max of 6 guests. $25/person/night will be charged for more than 6 guests.

Pet Policy:
$100 per pet fee. Please pick up after your pet while outside. Your pet is welcome to enjoy the yard with you! Pets will need to be kennelled when in the house unattended.

Neighbourhood highlights

We are located just outside of Nipawin. Less than a ten minute drive by vehicle. Or you may choose to bike or walk into town over the old Nipawin Bridge (“The Crooked Bridge”) as this is approximately one km and accessible immediately from the property. Unfortunately as of right now The Crooked Bridge is closed to vehicles. If or when this gets open again, you can drive across. The bonus to this is that it is a unique walking experience you can have and brings peace and quiet to your property.

The peace and quiet of the area is very relaxing. Local traffic is only permitted into the area which makes for the only noises being the birds chirping.

The town of Nipawin is nearby, which is a booming community. Some of the amenities guests may like to explore include:

-Nipawin Regional Park: one of the nicest regional parks in the province. Amenities here include a splash park, mini golf, and hiking trails.

-Boat rentals and guided fishing: boat rentals and fishing guiding services are available from Ray at Twin Marine.

-Nipawin Swimming Pool: newly renovated swimming pool suitable for all ages. Includes splash park, diving board, and water slide. A must on a hot hot day.


-Shopping: there are many stores in Nipawin including two local clothing stores as well as other mainstays as Fields and The Bargain Shop. Anything you might need for your stay that you forgot to bring can be purchased from town.

-Golfing: Evergreen Golf Course is one of the nicest courses in the province. Tee times available by booking.

-Trail systems: there are many trail systems in the area

-Winter activities: cross country ski trails located at the golf course, sled trails are nearby, ice fishing is not far away.

-Restaurants : whether southern smoked meals are your preference or a more modern choice the town of Nipawin has you covered. Stop in at The Dam Smokehouse or The Spot for some amazing food! Pizza joints include Wild Bill’s Pizza as a local fave. Tazo’s breadsticks are a delicious treat from the Venice House.

-BAKERY!!! Did someone say bakery?!? Yes!! Nipawin Bakery is a must when staying in the area. Fresh donuts and all your Alba king cravings! You will not be disappointed that we can guarantee!
