I had a very happy stay here for a month while visiting nearby UW. Jordan and Michelle are very welcoming and helpful hosts! The apartment is comfortable, clean and extremely well-equipped. I particularly wanted to stay somewhere where I'd be able to cook meals if I wanted, and t…

Very pleasant two weeks staying in Jordan's house. Everything was perfect! The location is ideal for access to the University District, where I visited for work. Easy access to Wallingford/Fremont as well. In short, this was 100 time better than a hotel room.

Other reviews mentioned concern about noise from the family upstairs. The noise I heard was from them walking which wasn't bothersome. Nice neighborhood and easy commute to the UW Medical Center.

Great space. A 10 out of 10. I’d love to stay here again in the future.

The apartment itself is very cute and well furnished! They had a lot of nice touches like providing house shoes, an umbrella, leaving chocolate, a very comfortable bed, and the keypad made check in very convenient. The honey is some of the best I’ve ever had, also! They were very…

Response from Jordan:
Hi Cydnei: that's no good about the smell! We definitely change and wash the bedding between very guest. We have a frontload washing machine and if we run a load and don't pull it immediately into the dryer, sometimes it can get a slightly funky smell. Generally, we'll rewash it if we make that mistake, but I'm guessing we missed it in your case. If anything like that comes up, please just let us know. We have a second (and third) setting of bedding that we can always swap out, we just need to know. The sound is an issue, no lie. It's a 100+ year old house, so while we do our very best to be quiet (for example, I brink my coffee grinder up to the second floor if I'm using it early in the morning), you'll hear us. I think it impacted you especially because you were working odd hours: we thought you were gone to work by 9:30 am and so didn't do the usual "careful feet" with our 9 yr old. Again, sorry about that, and for future guests, please know that we respect quiet hours at night and morning, but you'll hear our feet moving around during the day.
