Cheerful cabin located on Lake Wausau. Close to the Granite Peak. Enjoy the relaxation of one of the most peaceful and quiet spots on the lake. Located on a quiet canal on the lake and on a long peninsula into Lake Wausau which is surrounded by the Wausau Country Club.

The space
Perfect location for both winter and summer fun! In winter, snowshoe or snowmobile right from the backyard! In summer, boat & kayak around the lake! 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home located on Lake Wausau in Schofield, just minutes from downtown Wausau and Granite Peak Ski Hill. Outdoor hot tub!

This home can accommodate up to 7 people, so it's perfect for a family, or group of friends. Two bedrooms plus loft upstairs can sleep a total of 7 people - two queen bedrooms, plus a loft with a twin/full bunk bed.

Enjoy the serenity of the towering pines and being literally feet from the waters edge. 2-car garage, plus there is room for ~4 additional cars in the driveway. The loft is equipped with a 42" TV set-up for gaming to keep kiddos (or kids at heart) entertained with an Xbox One and Playstation 4. The main living room has a 55" Smart TV. Board games, puzzles, video games and lending library all included!

Large dining area with table that can seat up to 8 right next to the kitchen, and breakfast bar that can seat 3.

Heading outside, there is a large deck off the main level overlooking the lake canal - perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings. The large deck has a retractable awning and patio set and is feet from the water. Cast a line in the water and fish while sitting on the patio! Go down two stairs and you'll find a large brick patio and fireplace just feet from the lakeshore with a hot tub and charcoal grill!

Have a boat? No worries, tie up to a private dock! Great for fishing too! Included with rental is use of two kayaks and a canoe to go explore the lake.

Blazing fast Wi-Fi included along with Netflix included on all Smart TV's.

We will do some pre-shopping for several grocery items upon request on stays longer than 3-nights.

Kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs including a pizza maker, blender, pots & pans, Crock-Pot, 12-cup coffee maker, Kuerig, and french press.

Washer and Dryer available for use as well as an iron and ironing board.

Linens, towels, shampoos and soaps are all included.
