Walk out the back door and you’re on the lagoon, enjoy beautiful sunsets and just a quick ride to the Beach! We provide lots of information on the local area and activities! Fully stocked kitchen, amenities and bedding/bath linens. Fresh towels, sheets, shams AND quilts are provided for each turnover.

The space
The entire home is yours to use along with deck and private dock.

Access to the Smart TVs with multiple channels or login to Netflix, Disney, Amazon etc. Fast and reliable WiFi is available for multiple users and quick streaming. Easy access HDMI cable in twin bedroom for gaming console hook up.
The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac which has little traffic and is great for kids.
A propane grill is provided for use. Please use foil and Clean after using.
Full Kitchen with additional Beverage Fridge.
Washer and Dryer available in the home for your use. We have laundry detergent available (Unscented).
Beach chairs, kids beach toys are provided for guests to use during their stay along with 10 Beach badges Surf City Beach on LBI.
No badges required for Beach Haven West Bay beach.
We are located on the water. You are at your own risk. Not responsible for any accidents that occur or happen near the water or on the premises. Life jackets are provided. There is a fully fenced in yard, perfect for kids.

All Beds have a quilt, two shams mattress covers and sheets sets. Duvets also available.
ITEMS GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING:
Paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) are supplied upon arrival, once depleted guests will need to supply any additional for their stay.
GUEST ACCESS AND CHECK IN:
There is parking in the front of the house for up to 5 cars. Additional parking available on the street. Please park only in or in front of driveway as to not block neighbors drives or mailboxes.

We want all guests to have a wonderful experience staying at our home. Please be respectful of our space and let us know if you need anything!
Many residents in our neighborhood are Full Time Residents and have children. We expect guests to abide by rules regarding noise levels after 10pm. Guests are to be respectful of noise levels in the evening.
Cars must be parked in driveway and cannot overflow into street or block access for neighbors driveways or mailboxes.
MAXIMUM GUEST/BOOKING RESPONSIBILITY:
This is not an event property or party home. Guests will not exceed maximum persons per stay. All individuals including children will need to be included in booking count. AirBnB verified guest will be expected to be present for stay. We do not allow guests to book on someone else’s behalf and not be present. If it is determined guests exceed maximum house limit, book on others behalf or minors are in the home without responsible party, guests will be asked to leave without refund.
