Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 65 inch smart tv in the living room, beautiful view to the lake. The unit doesn’t have washer/dryer, laundry room is 100 yards away.

The property has 2 tennis courts, 3 pools and grilling area.
Very close to shops, restaurants and other attractions.

The space
You will have the entire apartment for yourself. King bed in the bedroom, the living room sofa can transform for a bed. One folding extra twin bed is available.

Kitchen has microwave, fridge with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove/oven. All appliances are brand new.

The place has a little patio with a couple of chairs, great to enjoy your morning coffee.

The apartment is right next to one of the swimming pool.

Free parking.

The community has long term residents and owners, please be respectful during your stay. Quiet time is 10Pm10AM.

Pets are allowed to stay, but you will be responsible for any damage might occur. No pet fee or extra cleaning fee.

Closest public beach access is 0.8 miles away at the Backporch restaurant. Walmart 1.2 miles, Big Kahuna Waterpark 0.8 miles. The Track, Chic-fil-A, Waffle house, several other restaurants and liquor store is in walking distance.

Tesla Supercharger Station 0.8 miles at the Winn-Dixie.

The unit has one camera installed over the entrance door for security reasons.

Guest have access to the pools, tennis courts and laundry room. Laundromat requires payment ( $3.50-$3.75).
