Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
Lovely family holiday home close to the beach and village. Perfect location with sea views from the front garden. The cottage has three bedrooms (a double en suite, twin, and a single), family bathroom, kitchen with dining and sitting room. There is a small private garden with dining table. In the front of the cottage is a sunny paved area to catch the evening sun.

The space
This well loved family semi detached house has a small garden, large kitchen with dining table, sitting room and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (double with ensuite shower room, a twin room and a single room) and family bathroom.
There is access to the attic which the owners have used as extra bedroom space but it is not available for guest use.
The house is dog friendly but guests are encouraged to keep the dog downstairs.

Guest access
The whole house is for guest use. Check in details and key code will be sent by 16:00 on arrival day but may be sent earlier if the property is ready, usually during quieter times.

Other things to note
The attic room is reached by a narrow spiral staircase and is not part of the booking. It is not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues.

Seaview is a small village on the east coast of the Isle of Wight. Popular with families and people wishing to spend a few days by the sea. In the Summer water sports enthusiasts love paddle boarding, kayaking, boating and sailing.
The village has a seaside pub, ice cream shop, chemist, two hotels, art galleries, cafe and a village community shop. Perfect seaside village with beautiful beaches and a great location from which to explore the rest of the Island.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my wife, Juliet, and our Golden Retriever, Tilly. Together we look after a number of self catering properties on the Island. In Seaview, we have the Seaview Deli where we sell tea, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, souvenirs and a fabulous range of ice creams. I very much enjoy meeting new people and I love sailing, walking, socialising, skiing and tennis.
