Great big Mansard style Victorian from 1873, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, I live here with my fiancée as well as rent sublet rooms, the other roommates are fantastic, very nice vibe in the house. The house is stylish, and homey, comfortable, and everyone is very respectful of others privacy and cleanliness. It is a quick walk to the subway, Orange Line, Jackson Square stop, 12 minute walk. Buses are everywhere, bikes to rent down the street, and a quick Uber away from the city.

The space
You will have a private bedroom, will share 1.5 bathrooms with two people. As well as a shared kitchen, and a common space area with fish tank and seating.

Guest access
There is a beautiful room as you come in that has a nice fish tank, and seating. Then a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, backyard, back bathroom upstairs and your bedroom would be the one in the back of the house upstairs, nice sun, two windows, closet, comfy room.
