This fabulous 140 m2 apartment can comfortably sleep up to eight people and is located on the 5th floor (by elevator) of a beautiful palatial residence just a few minutes from the Coliseum. The 20 m2 terrace makes this apartment so special!

The space
The apartment was fully reformed and modernized in 2011 and carefully decorated using a selection of colours and materials that create a truly warm and cosy atmosphere. The terrace has 20 m2. It's a perfect place to have a breakfast or dinner with your family or your friends. This gorgeous terrace makes this apartment so special! The large lounge is the perfect place to relax after a long day’s sightseeing around the streets of the Eternal City and has a sofa (which is a double sofa bed), LCD television and wooden table with chairs that is a great spot to enjoy meal times with friends or family. There is a large modern fully-equipped kitchen. The three bedrooms all very tastefully decorated with great attention to detail; the first two have a double bed and the third has a single that can be converted into a double bunk bed. The two bathrooms are beautifully finished and have a practical shower cabin.
Internet connection and air conditioning are available throughout the house.
