The space
Bear Peak is the entire upstairs unit of a two-family lodge, offering a spacious and private retreat in the heart of Pittsburg, NH.

The unit includes:
• 4 Bedrooms:
 – Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
 – Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
 – Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
 – Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Bunk Beds (4 twin beds total)
• 1 Full Bathroom
• Fully Equipped Kitchen
• Comfortable Living Room & Dining Area
• Private Entrance with Lockbox Access

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the upstairs apartment, located on the left side of the building.

Included with your stay:
• Private fire pit at the top of the grassy hill with wooden bench seating
• Outdoor propane grill at the bottom of the stairs
• Access to the common area at the bottom of the stairs, featuring a propane grill, table, and chairs—perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the shade
• Spacious parking area (shared with the lower unit) with plenty of room for vehicles, trailers, and off-road machines

Please do not drive or park on the grass.

🚪 Entry & Key Info:

Your access key will be located in the lock box at the top of the stairs with an extra key on the table inside.

Please return any keys to where you found them before check-out

🍽 Local Access:
Enjoy direct walking access via trail to Buck Rub Pub, Pittsburg’s most popular restaurant and bar. —This path is shared with ATVs—please use caution both day and night.

Other things to note
🔇 Quiet Hours
Please be respectful of quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, especially if other guests are staying in the downstairs unit.

🚗 Parking Etiquette
The parking lot is shared with the downstairs apartment. There is plenty of space, but please do not double park or block access for others. No parking on the grass, and please keep trailers and off-road vehicles to designated areas.

🛷 Trail Access & Seasons

ATV Trails close after Columbus Day and reopen Memorial Day Weekend (Friday)

Snowmobile Trails typically open December 15 and close April 1, depending on snow conditions

All ATV/OHRV trails are closed 30 minutes after sunset to 30 minutes before sunrise, please plan accordingly while riding.

Bear Rock offers ATV and snowmobile rentals during open trail seasons. As a lodging guest, you’ll receive a 20% discount on any rental length during your stay!
