The first floor features a spacious living room with a Smart TV 75" for your entertainment. There is also a game room with a foosball and air hockey table, perfect for some friendly competition. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ideal for preparing meals, and the dining room with a dining set that sits 8 people is great for enjoying meals together. The patio area offers a private pool, grill, table, and chairs that can comfortably sit 4 people. The pool has depths of 3-5 ft and faces east. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV 32", as well as a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and single sink. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is also available.)
- Second Floor:
The second floor features a family room with a Smart TV 55" and a PlayStation 4 for entertainment. There is a suite with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV 40" with a separate bathroom that includes a bathtub/shower and dual sinks. Another bedroom on this floor has a king-size bed, a Smart TV 32" with cable. The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual sinks. There is also a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and one twin-size bed, equipped with a Smart TV 32". The bathroom for this bedroom has a walk-in shower and a single sink. Lastly, the fifth bedroom offers two twin-size beds. The accompanying bathroom features a walk-in shower and a single sink.

You will find inside the complex all the services that you may need like grocery shops, restaurants from breakfast to dinner, banks, gas stations, and a lot more for your convenience.
There are so many amenities for your entertainment as a beach style pool with water slides, sand volleyball courts, cabanas, and a tiki bar. The clubhouse has two full bars, a full arcade, and plenty of outdoor seating to soak up the beautiful weather. You will always have something to do in this amazing resort!

Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.
* Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb.
