If the villa is left in an excessively dirty or in disorderly state after your departure, extra cleaning fees will be deducted from your security deposit.
💡 Electricity
Please be mindful of energy use — switch off lights and air-conditioning when not in use.
When leaving the villa after dark, we recommend leaving a few lights on as a security deterrent.

All our properties, including Villa Maya, are equipped with a Verisure alarm system for your safety and peace of mind.
We recommend activating the alarm whenever you leave the property unattended, and also while you are inside the villa at night.

🕰️ Check-In & Check-Out
Please respect check-in (16:00) and check-out (10:00) times.
Early check-ins or late check-outs must be arranged in advance and may incur a fee:
€35/hour for apartments

🪑 Breakages & Furniture
Do not move furniture around the villa or take indoor furniture outside, as this may cause damage.
Please report any breakages or damages to the property managers immediately so they can arrange repairs or replacements.
🔐 Safe Box
A safe is provided for your valuables. Please use it to store passports, cash, and important items.
🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Smoke detectors are installed — fines will apply for non-compliance.
🚽 Bathrooms
Please do not flush wet wipes or sanitary products down the toilets.
🏊♂️ Pool & Jacuzzi
Do not attempt to change the pool or Jacuzzi temperature. Contact the housekeeper if you require an adjustment.
Showers are mandatory before using the pool or Jacuzzi to prevent water discoloration caused by sun cream or lotions.
🍖 BBQ & Grilling
Guests are welcome to use the BBQ — please bring your own charcoal (available from nearby petrol stations).
Never leave the BBQ unattended, especially in summer. Fires pose a significant risk to the region, neighboring properties, and wildlife.
📜 Compliance
Failure to follow these house rules constitutes a breach of the rental agreement.
The owner or property manager reserves the right to terminate your stay without refund if rules are ignored or neighbors are disturbed.
