Neighbourhood highlights

Norwood Farm is situated on the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire Border and is part of the Welbeck Estate, in the heart of the Dukeries. It is close to the Archeological way public footpath which leads to Creswell Crags, once home of the Ice Age Hunter. Creswell Crags is a limestone gorge honeycombed with caves and smaller fissures. Stone tools and remains of animals found in the caves by archaeologists provide evidence for a fascinating story of life during the last Ice Age between 10,000 and 50,000 years ago.

The Harley Gallery, The Welbeck Farm Shop, The School of Artisan Food, The Dukeries Garden Centre and The Harley Cafe are within walking distance.

The National Trust's Clumber Park and Mr Straw's House are a short drive away in Worksop.
