Glasfryn is a modern 2 bedroom annexe with private entrance, situated on a farm with horses just outside the rural village of Kerry, in Mid-Wales. Set in a quiet location, this is a delightful place to enjoy relaxation & the countryside.

The space
Downstairs consists of a bright & airy open plan kitchen/ living area with comfy seating, TV & dining area. The kitchen includes a fridge + electric oven, hob & grill. These areas lead on to a patio and a king size double bedroom, with fitted wardrobe & an en-suite shower room (wet room).
There is also a porch/ utility room with dishwasher, freezer & wachine machine/ tumble dryer.
Upstairs there is a large twin bedroom & en-suite
shower room.
Outside is a large patio with garden furniture & a BBQ.

Guest access
Parking is directly outside the annexe, and shared with the main house. Guests have room for three cars.
Glasfryn is located in a rural location with many local pubs a short drive away, (the closest being a 20 minute walk away).

Glasfryn caters superbly for wheelchair users, with direct parking outside, no steps on the ground floor, low kitchen surfaces and a downstairs bedroom & mobility-friendly wet room.
