Low Waite Farm is a 18th century farmhouse with a self-contained annex which sleeps up to 4 people. The accommodation is located in the heart of Nidderdale AONB within 2 miles of Pateley Bridge. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
The farmhouse has been recently renovated with underfloor heating throughout. Located directly on the Nidderdale Way it is a perfect location for cyclists and walkers.

Parking is available at the property and there is secure outside storage for bikes.
The Nidderdale Way is at the end of the drive.
The annex is on all on the ground floor, with one step down into the bathroom and 2 steps into the kitchen.
We are 1.5 miles down West Lane, which is a private road. West lane is single lane in parts, but there are plenty of pacing places.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Pateley Bridge is a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk. It has multiple tea rooms, gift shops and art galleries. There are two local butchers, a bakery and small local super markets for everything you will need for your stay.
In the evenings there are a couple of Pubs, Italian and Indian restaurant, and takeaway fish & chips, pizza, Chinese or Indian
Harrogate and Ripon are approximately 30 minutes away and Grassington approximately 20 minutes.
We are situated right on the Nidderdale way footpath, and you will be spoilt for choice with scenic walks or cycling routes either right from the door, or a short car journey away in pretty much any direction. There are printouts of lots of local walks in the cottage for you to try.
