This location is near Chico's popular Country Club and the apartment provides access to the famous & exclusive Cal Park trails and lakes. This apartment is a bottom floor home with keypad access.

This cozy apartment complex comes with parking and the speedy wifi, along with amenities like resort-style pool access, fitness center, and BBQs (We require you to maintain cleanliness)

The space
This apartment was designed for corporate travelers and comes with a work desk and chair and speedy internet. We provide a coffee corner on the kitchen side that comes with ground coffee, decaf, tea and a Mr Coffee coffee machine. We provide high quality local ground coffee.
