From sunrise swims to sunset strolls, this flat is ideally placed, just a two-minute walk to the beach. Or take a 10-minute walk along the beautiful seafront to Swanage town centre.

The light, airy room has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. With two large windows, you can watch the sunset over Ballard Down.

You're welcome to use the kitchen table for breakfast. Access to kettle, toaster, microwave and cutlery/crockery.

Sited on the SW Coast Path and Jurassic Coast.

The space
The private bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located within my home. I'll provide a key so you can come and go independently. Guests have access to my kitchen where there is a kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. This is the only space we'll share.

Guest access
You can park in my designated parking space at the back of the building. The flat is located on the second floor of the building, so guests need to either walk up four short flights of stairs or use the lift (the lift is small so people often just use it for their luggage). Please note that the flat isn't accessible by wheelchair, nor recommended for people with mobility issues.

It is a short walk into Swanage, or you can drive and use the town car parks. The flat is on the bus route of the number 50 open-top bus to Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth.

During your stay
I live in the flat so am happy to answer any questions while I'm here. Otherwise guests will have my mobile number in case of problems.

Other things to note
The flat is ideally placed on the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, and on the route of the South West Coast Path. The New Forest National Park is about an hour's drive away.
