Double bedroom with private bathroom next to the bedroom in a residential semi detached house.
I have one park space to the rear of the property which I would prefer you to use as neighbours have complained about my guests parking in the street although there is plenty of space.
Please let me know your arrival times and I will open the double gate at the rear for you to park.

My house is is fairly recently renovated and the bathroom is spacious and modern. There is a Sky TV box in the room and tea and coffee making facilities.
