Where you’ll be

County Cork, Ireland

Kilkilleen beach is a five-minute drive away, as is Cunnamore Pier, with regular ferries to Heir Island and Sherkin Island, which is home to a sailing school and beautiful sandy beaches.

Ballydehob village is a 15 min drive, with a Michelin starred restaurant (Restaurant Chestnut), Budds cafe and Levis' pub, for starters, you wont have to travel much further for a great time.

Baltimore is a 25 min drive, explore this costal village with its own Michelin starred restaurant (Dede) and escape to the Cape (Clear) or Sherkin by ferry

There are plenty of scenic walks at your doorstep; Beecher's Loop passes by our road (8km), Cunnamore Pier is 7 km return and Turk Head is 6 km return.

Visit us at Skibbereen and Schull market where we sell our vegetables. Skibbereen market is held every Saturday from 9-2, this market was mentioned in the Guardian's 21 things to do in 2021. Schull market runs on Sundays between May and September, this market is a showcase for a number of local producers, artists and crafts people.

Minihan’s Pub is a 10 min walk, 20 min stumble home. As regulations currently stand it has remained closed but we hope to update you with good news in the coming weeks. Once it does open up you'll enjoy the banter with the locals and may strike it lucky to coincide with a trad session.

As a guest, you are welcome to come and join us on the farm during your stay, and our vegetables and organic, home-grown pork are available for purchase.

The approach to the farm is along a bit of a bumpy road and you’ll be greeted on arrival by our two friendly dogs.

Our tigín has a tin roof, so you'll be lulled to sleep with the sound of rain should it be one of those type of nights!
