I'm a bit confused by the other reviews on this apartment, Maybe we were unlucky. The apartment is fantastically located very close to the arena (where we were going for the Symphony) and there are loads to do in the area. Its close to the old town and the building is just gorgeous. There is a lovely courtyard as you enter the main building and it very romantic. Its perfect for a young couple (some stairs to get to the flat). The flat was in general Disrepair and had loose floor tiles all over the kitchen (I bumped my feet like a million times), there are parts of a door frame missing and another that's lose and pealing away from the wall, there is a random hole in the ceiling, mould all over the bathroom ceiling and one wall. The kitchen table and chairs id a bit odd and have chair legs that stick out a fair amount so be careful when walking around this as you WILL bump your little toe several times. I also struggled with a fair amount of dust and spider webs, but I'm not a princess so I could live with the dust and spiderwebs. There is a plant pot on the windowsill in the kitchen with cigarette buds in it. What I do like (as with self catering) is coffee in the morning. The apartment comes equipped with a fantastic coffee machine. Its really great and is the fastest I've ever used. The problem is that it takes a special coffee pod and we couldn't find them anywhere. We bought 4 different types and none of the fit. After the 4 complimentary pods were used, we had to resort to instant. I still think it was probably worth the money since its so close, but it did stress me out.

The location couldn't have been better. The flat was spacious with a comfy bed. Only issues were that Gabriele didn't reply to our messages once we'd checked in, and we needed a fan to be replaced since it was really hot. Also would have been good to have washing up liquid, bin liners and bowls.

A beautiful apartment in an amazing location, literally a couple of minutes walk from Piazza Bra, the arena and a supermarket. Check in/out were really easy and relaxed. It was really hot whilst we were in Verona but there are fans provided and the shutters kept the apartment cool-ish! The sofa bed was comfortable and there are more than enough pillows and towels provided. Very good value for money and would definitely stay again. Thanks Gabriele :-)

I had a nice trip to Verona it's a lovely city and the apartment was ideally located. It was a shame about the unstable table, loose floor tiles, dust and ants. I was disappointed I didn't get any response to my questions, especially about check out. Hope you can do a few improvements for future guests. Thanks

Amazing location, easy to find and a short walk from the Arena. The flat was a good size for my wife and me - only negative is a very small bathroom. Any issues we had Gabriele was very responsive. Overall very good value.

The apartment is very well located, perfect in fact. Good for couples but not for larger groups if using sofa bed. Bathroom small, but does the job. No A/C but fans provided. Would recommend if on a budget
