The area Gustavsvik is close to the sea and nature with walking distance to the boat club, sandy beach and several lakes with swimming opportunities. Here you can take your morning walk on gravel roads along the sea or why not a jog.

The house has a large garden with fruit trees and a lovely lawn. Here you can lie in the hammock and hear the birds chirping and the leaves. In late summer, blackberries grow at the corner of the house that you can pick and enjoy the breakfast porridge. Apples of different varieties are also available to use in season.

A 20-minute walk from the house there is a steamboat jetty where ferries take you further out to the Stockholm archipelago or into Stockholm City.

The nearest sandy beach with diving tower and a wonderful view of Baggensfjärden can be found within a bathrobe distance. Start the day with a dip in the ocean, bring your coffee and breakfast and soak in the sun on the dock.

The large terrace offers sun all day and well into the evening. There are sunbeds for comfortable relaxation as well as a cozy sofa group to eat at.

There are many deer and hares that often come all the way to the house. If you're lucky, the deer can be fed out of your hand. They enjoy salad, apples and soft bread.

If you see a brown or white/grey cat, those are our cats Wilma and Charlie. Feel free to pet them if you want.
