Nice big house for 9 of us to stay in without feeling cramped. We had everything we needed for our stay and the property is in a great location for experiencing Durham and surrounding areas. Andy was at hand to answer any queries we had during our stay. Thanks again

We had a great time at Andy’s house. It is ideally located for exploring Durham and the surrounding area, although it was hard to get the children (1 and 3) out as they loved playing there. The house was perfectly equipped for a family with small children.

We had a great stay, the property was ideal and very comfortable as our family met up to celebrate a 30th Birthday. Would recommend and if we are in the area again we would look to book!

Lovely family house with plenty of room to move about without getting in each others way, plenty of room for off street parking. Its a great location with easy access to the A1 road, lovely view across The Green & it's handy for the pub next door!

A lovely size house for a large group. The location is very accessible for the local area and main roads. Situated right next door to a pub which was very handy, and several eat out or takeaway options nearby. We had a nice stay.
