Come bask in a haven of peace and tranquility, hidden in the Breton countryside, in a typical calm hamlet, surrounded by fields and nature. In a entirely renovated stone "longere" with hints of its history all around, you'll have the freedom to fully enjoy your vacation playing pool with friends and family, all the while being in the Center of Brittany where all the region's attractions are only at a stone's throw. Each coast can be accessed by car within an hour and a half. Welcome to unwind!

The space
The farmhouse benefits from modern comforts: central heating with a pellet burner, satellite TV, Wifi internet, comfortable beds and a large fully equipped kitchen.

The ground floor is entirely open, with a spacious kitchen with numerous worktops and a large central island, where everyone can participate in the preparation or enjoyment of meals. The American bar opens onto the pool table, which allows you to eat or drink a beer during the match. The living room at the other end of the room with its large electric relaxation sofa faces the TV and the fireplace, where the pellet stove is housed, to be able to enjoy reading in peace in front of the fire. A toilet completes the ensemble so as not to have to go upstairs.

Upstairs there is a spacious hallway, with two armchairs providing another relaxation area. On one side of the corridor we have the master bedroom measuring 24m2 with its ensuite shower. It also has a large sofa so you can watch TV in peace.

On the other side of the corridor we have the other three bedrooms, each about 10m2, furnished and equipped for the holidays. Two have Breton double beds, and the other has two single beds, ideal for children.

In the middle of the corridor, the bathroom with bathtub.

All throughout the house, relaxing accents of the stone and wood tonal mix.

The front of the house has a small chalet providing all the garden amenities, including a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs, as well as parking space.
The South facing side of the house allows for sun lounging, whilst enjoying the nature sounds coming from the surrounding trees and flowery pasture.
