Located in the beautiful & dynamic Historic Summerville area of metro Augusta, this secluded Cottage is tucked behind our turn-of-the-century Craftsman-style home. This peaceful space offers a studio-style combined living-bedroom area including a comfortable full size bed & a twin sleeper sofa. You’ll find a full bathroom, eat-in kitchen with a compact & versatile air fry oven, private porch w/ gas grill, WiFi & 55” smart TV, street-side parking, plus a single assigned off-street parking space.

-fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator+freezer, coffee bar area that includes an automatic drip coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, 6-in-1, multi function large capacity, countertop air fryer oven with rotisserie, gas stovetop, cookware & serving ware.
-breakfast nook for dining
-dishwasher, cleaning supplies & paper towels included
-full bathroom w/ tub & shower, plus premium bath linens, soaps and shampoos
-dressing mirror, closet spare linens, hangers, lint remover, iron & ironing board
-full bed w/ new hybrid mattress with melt-into-sleep premium bed linens, plus a twin sleeper sofa, complete with 2" memory foam topper

This historic property includes our personal residence plus dedicated space for 3 private& entirely separate Airbnb rental units:
-Loft (private upstairs apartment)
-Suite (attached to main home yet secluded & entirely private "mother-in-law's" suite)
-Cottage (separate stand-alone "carriage house")

Guest access
Guests have full 24/7 access to the Cottage interior and it’s porch, exterior walkways, rear guest parking space marked “COTTAGE”

Each individual rental or residential unit has at least one private exterior space which is dedicated entirely for that unit and not for use by others (i.e. porch, balcony, patio, carport, shed.)

The property is within walking distance of Augusta University, locally owned restaurants, craft cocktails, our favorite beer garden, a shopping center (with a Walgreens, Food Lion, Planet Fitness, Ace Hardware, Wells Fargo, Village Deli pub & sub, Mexican restaurant and more,) a 10 minute or less drive to popular places of interest, including parks, scenic walks, the Augusta National golf course, Augusta mall, the Cyber Center and all that downtown Augusta has to offer, area hospitals, Washington Rd. and West Augusta shopping, and a short drive to Fort Gordon.

I enjoy all things in nature & love to travel. Since I often travel solo, you can bet that SAFETY, COMFORT & VALUE are always our top priority.
