Bright, warm and individually themed holiday cabins (3) situated in private gardens on the outskirts of Pencaitland, East Lothian. Ideally located on the Railway walk and cycle route 196 to Glenkinchie Distillery , Carberry, Penicuik and surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds with lovely bed linen, comfy sofa bed, en-suite shower room, fridge, kettle, crockery, table and chairs and covered seating area to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather. All with BBQ/Fire pit.

The space
Peace Rose -This cabin has 2 x single beds and a double sofa bed. The cabins are cozy with a lovely covered outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. They all have their own theme and individually designed.

All cabins have their own outside seating area. We also have a communal dining/seating area that you can enjoy with family and friends or other guests. This area is covered with festoon lights and a fire pit to keep you cozy on a chilli night

We have a fab coffee shop on site - Rosearista Coffee shop. Offering a varied menu for breakfast and lunch, open Thursday - Saturday 9 - 3pm and Sunday 10 - 3pm.

You have direct access to the 196 Railway Walk/cycle path and within walking distance to the local village where you can find a Spar and station. pub/restaurant coming soon!
