This stylish and modern house is perfect for your next getaway! The house is very spacious, includes 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house includes all the amenities you can think of! A full kitchen, spacious living and dining area, a barbecue area, pool table, and much more! It is located in Desert Hot Springs, and is only 15-20 minutes away from the Palm Springs Strip! This house is also perfect for your next golf trip, since there are so many amazing golf courses nearby!

The space
The house has a beautiful big open concept. As you walk in, on the left, there is a professional sized pool table with two bar stools aside it. In the middle of the house is the big living room, with super comfortable couches and a big smart TV mounted on the wall. After the living room comes the kitchen, with all the appliances and utensils you need! Also near the kitchen is the dining room with table and chairs to eat on.

The house has 4 bed rooms and 2 full bathrooms. One room is located on the right, down the small hallway as soon as you walk in the house, it includes two double beds. The other three rooms are located on the other side of the house. As you walk down the other hallway, on the right is the master bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen bed with a walk in closet. The last bedroom has two bunk beds with a big closet as well; by these two rooms you will find the second full bathroom.

The best part of the house, is your own HUGE private backyard! As you walk out to the back yard, on your left you will find the barbecue area/outdoor kitchen. Which includes a big fridge, sink, a single top burner, gas grill (no propane needed) and a charcoal grill (you would need to bring your own charcoal)!
Theres also plenty of sitting areas outside, including a small patio area by the door, and also a dining area where you can eat and chill! The pool and Spa are also newly renovated, and are both capable of being heated if needed. We also have a full sized ping pong table outside, and the game corn hole to keep everyone entertained!

POOL|SPA:

Pool: We charge $100 a day to keep the pool nice and heated the whole day!
Spa heating is complimentary.
Keep in mind Spa heating stops when the pool is being heated!

Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let us know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.

Other things to note
PARKING:
Parking is available on the driveway and on the street in front of the house. Please don't block side walk or park in front of neighbors houses! Garage is used for OUR storage only.

RESPONSIBLE RENTING:
We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you.

PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please closes umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly.

If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.
